7.1 Strength

· Attractive designs.

· Up to date to the trends in the world.

· Exclusive and at the same time affordable.

· Gets inspiration from established luxury brands such as COACH etc.

· Has designs according to the four seasons.

· It is an independent brand.

· Suitable products for fashion forward ladies.

· Great quality at reasonable prices.

· Low cost production method due to the factory is in Ipoh, Perak.

· Consistent productivity and creativity.

· Asian cutting and measurement.

· A brand that is detailed and focuses on the little things that make a difference.


7.2 Weakness

· Still considered to be a new/young brand.

· Small company.

· Slow growth due to the capacity of the company

· Lack of promotion with media such as television, radio etc


7.3 Opportunity

· People are more aware of the fashion trends and are concern about their appearances.

· It is a local brand, people living in Malaysia will be loyal to their countries brand and achievements.

· Economic growth and civilisation development are contributing to the high demands of the consumers market.

· Low and reasonable priced products will always be everyone's favourite.


7.4 Threats

· Too many competitors.

· Fashion and apparel products are considered to be a luxury in Malaysia.

· Some may still have the perception that fashion and apparel is not important.

· The rising popularity of online shopping because of the convenience and lower priced products.
